But I cheated. It came out from a box. I just had to add eggs, butter and water . :)Once ( or twice) I tried baking muffins from scratch.. but it was a disaster. So, if anyone have a good (can-never-go-wrong) muffin recipe, please let me know.

packet recipes are usually very much sweeter but they do come out fine if you do not mind the sweetness.
Yeah, the muffins were sweet. I ate one and gave the rest away.
